By accessing and using GenAlpha's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

GenAlpha provides an online learning platform that offers:

• Access to educational courses and content
• Interactive learning tools and assessments
• Certification upon course completion
• Community features and peer interaction
• Progress tracking and analytics

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not share account access with unauthorized persons
• Comply with our community guidelines

For paid courses and subscriptions:

• All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and, unless stated otherwise, already include any applicable Tunisian VAT (TVA)
• The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable — no additional processing, handling, or gateway fees are added
• Payment is required before accessing paid content
• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

Cancellation policy: you may cancel a pending order free of charge at any time before payment is completed, directly from your Orders page — no cancellation fee applies. Once a payment has been confirmed, an order can no longer be cancelled; instead, it is covered by our refund policy below.

Refund policy: refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for eligible orders.

Course content is always delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment of course materials, and no separate delivery fee is charged for accessing a course:

• For online payment methods, full course access is granted automatically and instantly as soon as your payment is confirmed
• For the "Payment on Delivery" option, a physical activation code is shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout, typically within 48 hours; course access itself is unlocked instantly online once that code is entered
• For cash payments confirmed at our office, access is granted as soon as payment is confirmed by our team
• Digital access, once granted, does not expire and remains available from your account

All content on GenAlpha, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of GenAlpha or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal, educational purposes only.

When creating or sharing content on our platform, you must not:

• Post harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Share content that infringes on others' rights
• Upload malicious software or code
• Engage in spam or unauthorized advertising
• Share false or misleading information

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR for European users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

Users may delete their accounts at any time through their account settings.

GenAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
